Utility Alliance sets up a specialist recruitment agency to help other businesses secure talent

29 January, 2019

UTILITY Alliance’s successful ongoing recruitment campaign over the last four years has led to the creation of an in-house specialist recruitment team.

The energy consultancy, which operates from a headquarters at Hartlepool Marina, set up in February 2015 in a small office, has since grown to recruit more than 400 staff across its main site as well as branches in Sheffield, Newcastle and Preston.

While the recruitment drive will continue for the main operation, the company has now set up The People’s Alliance to offer the same specialism and expertise to other businesses.

The new set up will be headed by Kayleigh Bradley, who has more than a decade of experience in recruitment.

Kayleigh said: “Utility Alliance has been hugely successful in recruiting the right talent, ranging from sales teams to senior management positions.

“That will continue moving forward as the company continues to grow approaching its fourth anniversary.

“As an in-house team, we have strengthened the recruitment process through a dynamic, passionate, professional service that has become paramount to the growth of Utility Alliance, we want to offer this support to other businesses.

“The team and I are really excited about the new venture.”
