Utility Alliance, having shaken up the SME and mid-markets with their award winning service, have turned their attention to the Industrial and Commercial markets for Utilities. We’ve spotted that the traditional front runners in this market have all been bought, or merged, into other organisations and their focus and abilities had been turned elsewhere within the market.
In response to this, Utility Alliance has set up a new Corporate Division to directly fill the gap in the market for a responsible, high quality, risk-management process for utilities.
Our team all have at least 10 years market sector experience, some more than 20 years and draw their experience from organisations such as Schneider Electric; Accenture/EnergyQuote JHA; Inenco, Utilyx/MITIE Energy and suppliers of the likes of British Gas, EdF Energy; Gazprom and ENGIE amongst others. Our expertise as a Division ranges across both the Public and Private sector also giving us vast knowledge in legislation such as OJEU compliant procurement, Section 20 dispensation, ERIC reporting, climate change agreements, ESOS etc...
Our unique, holistic, consultancy approach coupled with our industry expertise ensures that our clients business needs come first and that we put our clients objectives with regards to energy first. We care about the environment, community and understanding the importance of using energy responsibly and our extensive suite of monitoring tools put our clients in complete control of their energy usage and allow us to manage total cost, rather than just price.
We can also provide additional services that include:
Full invoice validation check covering over 40 independent checks. Utility Alliance source the invoices in EDI format from suppliers and HH and AMR data directly from the MOP provider to streamline the process. All invoice errors are directly resolved with the suppliers on a client’s behalf. Additional modules can be included such as budgets and accruals and tenant re-charging.
Utility Alliance operates their own inhouse M&T Software that can range from data/billing analysis to 1 minute consumption data down to circuit level with onsite hardware installation. A full range of reporting is available covering Duos profile, site v’s site performance, budget variance, site league labelling just to name a few.
