UTILITY Alliance is delighted to announce it has been awarded prestigious accreditation after an external inspection of all aspects of the business.

The company has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification following a comprehensive review of its internal systems.

Under the official guidelines of the accreditation, the business had to prove it:

a) demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The inspection of the business began in the later part of 2019, and all areas of the company came under review with staff roles, departmental functions and overall systems all being reviewed.

The recommendation was approved by the ISO decision-makers earlier this month.

The accreditation, which will run until 2023, covers Utility Alliance’s headquarters in Hartlepool along with the firm’s other offices in Sheffield and Newcastle.
