Newcastle office enjoys fantastic first month with no signs of slowing down

11 April, 2018

SINCE opening its doors in March, Utility Alliance’s Newcastle office has enjoyed an amazing month and tremendous growth.

After an overwhelming response to a recruitment campaign for the office based in Quorum Business Park, it’s hoped the office will be filled by the end of this year. Teams have quickly filled up with some great talent making the move to Utility Alliance.

Jonny Wood, Newcastle Operations Manager, said: “When I joined Utility Alliance’s office in Newcastle we were inundated with prospective candidates, working alongside recruitment and training the teams were soon filled and all working hard.

“The attitudes, work ethic and energy from everyone was outstanding in our first month together and helped our operation to finish 139% to target. The atmosphere in the office is really positive and we have just launched our first incentives including a 7 day trip to Las Vegas with spending money!”

Darren Sutherland, CEO, added: “I’m amazed at how fast the teams in Newcastle have hit the ground and adapted to their new roles. Jonny has done a great job so far at supporting everyone and ensuring all the hard work can be carried out smoothly.

“Looking at the way things are going I can see the growth here tripling and that’s a reflection of the work the staff in Newcastle are putting in”.
